Independent Sponsors

Iron Creek regularly backs independent sponsors. Since initiating this effort in 2017, Iron Creek has invested in approximately fifteen search capital rounds, a dozen search fund equity “gap” investments, and over twenty independent sponsor transactions. Iron Creek is not currently committing to new search funds.
